I don’t usually leave reviews unless I hate the product. I don’t hate this product. In fact, I would go as far as to say I quite like this product. A lot. I ordered the massager with the carry bag for $40 on prime day and it arrived in less than 24 hours. The massager actually hits my trigger points near my shoulder blades and ooooooooweeeeeee does it feel goooood. I will be using this at my desk while I work, all day, every day, for the rest of my life if possible. 11/10 would recommend.

This is well worth the money. My neck is very bad and and need surgery. This device is like having someone massage your neck.

Finally a strong massager!If you’re like me and therapists break their tools on you, this is what you are looking for isTwo points that would make it perfect: reverse rotation and no voice. I deduct 1 star for that.Also, you can’t keep it in place at your lower back with the elastic strap unless you are severely obese. I’m no fairy but I didn’t reach the needed dimensions.

Perfect for neck and shoulder pain. Targets these areas. Most settings, including heat are adjustable. It charges fairly quickly. The massager is set for 15 minutes and I usually charge after each use, so I'm not sure how long the battery stays charged.

Great to have after a long day

Love this thing! It’s a great unit for the price, super easy to use and is not loud! It’s compact and folds up nicely, and the heat works well too.I love how easy it is to use and isn’t a pain to understand it either. You can really control how aggressive in terms of the pressure.

What I like- the two options for straps since it is heavy. The massage is decent and does a pretty good job.What I don't like- the heat doesn't work, if it does, it's not warm enough to make a difference. There are voice notifications which I do not want at all, and at this time, is not in the item description. You can turn them off during use but when you hit the power off, it says something like "thank you for using the massager". So there is no way to turn that off permanently or turn it down.I am returning this item.

It's good, it has helped me a lot with my back pain.
