I received the the bike yesterday. We tried it for about 15 minutes till the battery died. The bike is very good. I plugged it in the charger for an hour . it showed that it was full charged , but when I unplugged it was 0 battery charge. I tried again with different socket for 2 hours still the same.

I’m facing the same issue as another buyer mentioned. When I received the product, it looked fine overall, but the charger appeared very cheap and low quality. I had a bad feeling, so I checked more closely—and yes, the quality is very poor. For the price I paid, I thought it was still acceptable, but when I tried to charge it, it wouldn’t charge at all. It arrived with a partial charge, so I was able to test it briefly. While it does run, there’s a strange “tuck-tuck” sound when accelerating—some odd noise coming from the motor, which is concerning. Honestly, I feel disappointed. I also feel reluctant to return it because it’s a large item and returning it would be a hassle, but I don’t see any other option.
