The product is sturdy enough to remain in place while exercising. The straps create a unique way to exercise using bands instead of weights for a comprehensive workout.

Great for lighter weights.
This is a great strap for lighter weight. this fits great over a workout shoe. Once you get heavier, the straps start to pucker around the D-rings. Another small complaint is that the D-ring on the top of the foot (where the Velcro strap is) is not secure and will fall off if you are not careful.

Need to be a contortionist to fit this.
With great difficulty was able to get this connected to a cable machine. It works as advertised but the adjusting strap irritated my foot. After 5 reps I decided it has to be returned.

Freakin love these!
I never wanna leave the cable machine! 5 attachment points in one accessory! They stay on and in place! Not all straps are tight as everyone’s sneaker shaped differently but the Velcro didn’t come loose. For the price, ya can’t beat these! No more looking around for a decent ankle strap attachment or using some d-ring!

Exactly what I needed
I've tried other straps that did not hold and would break away. These straps are very strong and withstand a lot of weight. They are comfortable and very easy to use. I highly recommend these.

Avoid this product!!!
First off I was never able to get the wrinkles out of the straps. Due to the crappy materials used and the way they packaged it was stiff and hard to work with. The velcro didn't last either, it lost its grip after a few sessions at the gym.The fit was terrible too. It took me 5 min to get them on each time just because of how the D-ring was placed right over the velcro tab.The thing that really caught me off guard was the price. 20 FREAKING DOLLARS for this piece of junk AND IT ONLY CAME WITH ONE. If I could give it a negative 2 stars I would.
