Q: can this be cut with a hole punch (special shapes?)

A hole punch would work. But as you speak of special shapes I assume you are referring to cookie cutters? Those will not work as you won't be able to cut through the Wafer Paper. However, using electronic cutting systems will work as well as scissors or other sharp tools to cut. I hope I was able to answer your question. If not please don't hesitate to reach out or comment.

Yes, it will work for that. Mine was a printing on it issue because it's not smooth on either side.
