Good Quality. Touch controls are fine. AI features also working good. Small suggestion, Is there any chance to build an Mobile app for easy understanding and controling the device like EQ, touch control etc. Overall worth for the music

There is no guide on how to operate this, feel free to explore and fiddle around and waste time
I bought BTW Moksh+, only because of multi-point connection and I could not find decent documentation on how to do it. The manual provided is not accurate, the button combinations are all wrong. Compared to other models, the manual looks totally different. It seems to me they just bought Chinese white label item and marketing it as theirs. There is no support from Blaupunkt India, they don't reply on whatsapp's number. I never expected this from a reputed brand like them. Planning to return it. Finally, got a call back from customer care/ technical support. The person did not know the what is multipoint connection and pairing. He has cut the call. So far all their IVR says customer lines are busy and ask us to call back again. Someone on the Amazon review mentioned go with the reputed company and I fell into the trap. Usually big companies don't care about customer complaints from online and too slow to react. By the time they comeback return date will be over.

No simultaneous connecting to phone and PC, needs to disconnect from one to connect to another.
The sound is good and all, but, in case of other earbuds, they can connect to both phone and pc simultaneously. Not these earbuds. To connect to pc, you have to disconnect from phone, and vice versa. Websites seem to suggest otherwise. Build quality is good and all, and the individual charge status for the earbuds is nice, but does not fit my use case. Do not recommend. 1 month use review: The earbuds have an accident tap problem, especially when you readjust the buds in your ear, which will happen often. The darker coloured portion of the earbuds are very sensitive to tap, no matter you tap it near the head or the mid of the stem. Causes accidental call hangups. Use for media playbacks. No calls.

Using Blaupunkt from 3yrs and this is best
Regular user of Blaupunkt from 3 years. After using 3 years my previous earbud lost, which was from same company.. Blaupunkt BTW100. That was already good earbud. Then I purchased this, when I placed it in my ears, earbuds surprised me in terms of audio quality, bass and noise cancellation. I've not expected this quality of sound. Recently I've used my friend's Oneplus buds 3pro, having nice bass and noise cancellation. I can compare both and I feel this is the best in low price. Just go for it. Charging speed..... fast Weight......less Comfort is nice Material is also nice.
