I love this product! Works the best them most that I tried.. I was breaking out so much and had a lot of redness on my face I tried many other brands but this is the only one that calmed my face down my pimples went away and no more redness my skin looks and feels great! This is definitely worth purchasing and the price is also a plus!

Listen, I've experienced 3 bad hormonal, CYSTIC acne breakouts in my lifetime. When I was 16, 20, and 25. Painful acne all over my jawline, chin, cheeks, and temples. What cured my breakout when I was 16 was through a prescribed topical cream and ointment. What cured my breakout when I was 20 was through boiling water (I moved to LA and the water quality was terrible) and waiting for it to cool so I could use it to cleans my skin. When I was 25, I cured it through a new birth control because the last one started messing with my hormones. I'm 28 now, my husband and I moved from CA to FL recently. I've been having terrible hormonal breakouts - just around my chin area. What triggered it was running. Yes, running. I liked running when I was younger and wanted to get back into it but because running does affect some people's hormones, it caused me to react negatively. I have used this product for literally 3 days now. It dried up the same problematic area that never seemed to stop breaking out. One pimple after another. I went through so many pimple patches. I tried benzoyl peroxide. I gave up and did more research. Azeliac Acid seems to be a promising ingredient than benzoyl peroxide. I know everyone is different but literally in 3* days, my stubborn pimples are drying out. I use it as a spot treatment over them and let them dry overnight. And just wipe them off the next morning. Literally, a game changer. It's the most effective product I've discovered to dry out pimples. Not even gonna bother with benzoyl peroxide. At this rate, I feel like if I stay consistent - use it once a day as a spot treatment, I'll be able to have clear skin again. Mind you, everyone's different. I don't think using it as a spot treatment will work for everyone. It burns a bit while it dries but it isn't a chemical burn or a bad reaction type of burning. Buy it. It's a great value. Even if I run out of this and don't have breakouts anymore, I'd still order it just to have if I have one annoying pimple here and there.

I have to say when I first received this cream I wasn’t thrilled with the ingredients, I’m still not, but I use it sparingly. I do wish there were a few ingredients that weren’t there BUT I have to say that my skin has never looked better. It’s been clearing my breakouts, evening out my skin tone, and shrinking my pores unlike any product I’ve ever used. I am pleasantly surprised by this. The packaging is simple, yet elegant, with the clear gold top. I have been having a problem with the tube though. It seems to fill with air somehow and then it is very difficult to squeeze any product out. I have to kind of slam the back of the tube onto my counter to release the air a bit. Other than this, the product works and feels good on the skin. I do not peel or flake AT ALL. If anything it clears my breakouts while being hydrating. It’s wild!

This stuff is amazing!! I use tret and a lot of times it's too much for my skin, this though, this is a game changer. It's gentle enough and really makes a huge difference. My skin has been clear, soft, and the redness is gone, I didn't even realize my skin was red. New permanent staple in the fight against hormonal acne!

The Sefralls 10% Azelaic Acid Acne Cream showed up in a sealed box, and the tube features a great cap that allows you to keep it standing on your shelf, saving some space. I find the cream to be more gel-like, and it has a nice thickness that keeps it in place when applied. I don't notice any smell to it. I’ve been applying this for a few days to target a certain issue, and I’m already seeing improvements! It hasn’t caused any dryness or irritation, which is a huge plus. It also claims to reduce dark spots, so that’s the next thing I’ll be watching for. The tube is a bit expensive for its size, but if it keeps working, I won’t mind the cost.

This really works. I am on tretinoin and this took away the bumps and acne so fast. Took care of the redness and didn’t dry out my skin! I even started using it on my teen’s acne and blackheads could see a difference in one day specially with the redness. This is very effective. Not expensive. Will purchased again.
