Lifestream Wheat Grass Powder 250g, New Zealand Grown Green Superfood

Please see my review for Lifestream Organic Barley grass where I speak of both of these grasses. Here I can add that what is said on interent about this grass having an effect like blood trasfusion, I agree. The energy increase is immmense and noticable after just 7 days of taking it. Easy disolves in water, and is easy to 'go down the throath'. I found some others have more floury/powdery texture and it's harder to drink it. I take it every morning in glass of bottled water before I eat or drink anything. This way I cleanse blood first thing in the morning and prepare it for carrying all the nutrients I will be eating and drinking throughout the day. I prefer not putting it in meals as it has strong taste and colour. Also temperature will deplete it's nutrient. Tablets are by some not digestable properly depending on state of the digestive system. I swear by this grass, as well as Barley one, both from Lifestream. Now I have both elderly and disease ridden parents taking it and reporting improvements. What is on interent about it, it is true.

I've been using it for years. . I notice and miss it if I don't have it for a few days. When I have it daily (one teaspoonful with water a day is sufficient) I feel more energetic, my skin looks better and I feel generally better. . Awesome product. Powdered sunshine!! :)

The juice tastes like hell and I wouldn't mix it with anything else as it would spoil any flavour, however I think it is doing a good job in my system. I am a lot more regular now and I believe I can feel my energy levels are higher. The way I drink it is dissolving a tea spoon in a shot glass and drink it like a tequila shot. I tend to have a full pint of water right after to wear of the flavour from my mouth.

Even Jason Vale tells you to have sliced orange ready after straight "green" juice! Adding a couple of teaspoonfuls to any fresh juice will give a real boost to the nutrients WITHOUT bashing your taste buds.
