Very nice replacement
I like this one a lot. The design is slightly different from the Sony XM2 but it worked fine. Mind the cushion since the Sony headset design is a bit curved so it is normal not to center perfectly. Great replacement overall.

Installed this on my WH-1000XM2, not really OEM but it did replace the worn down headstrap. I don't really want to replace my XM2 as I only use them mostly for the airplane but they were so warn down and broken up that I had to get this.Installation took maybe 20-30 minutes since I was taking my time but overall it looks nice. You can tell its not 100% OEM as it doesnt have the tunnel that the wire loops through, they just give you pieces of sticker to hold the wire in place. Can't complain, looks new.
