Love to use these for my migraines and after I get Botox (which is also helping my migraines thankfully even though not the reason I got it done. I ordered a second one because I like this one so much! I love that it covers your forehead as well not just around your eyes. Cause in my forehead and in between my eyebrows is where I feel my migraines begin and this helps ease some of the aura and tummy problems that follow. This is great after botox too it seems to help speed up my bruising time and reduce any redness or splotchyness that seems to follow and is just really comforting. (Consult with your botox provider first tho to see if it’s good for you afterwards and don’t lay down with this on within your first 4 hours post injection)I also recently began having panic attacks more frequently and did some research that cold therapy helps calm your vagus nerve and kinda get you out of the fight or flight feeling and back to your normal. It started with me putting a bag of ice or ice in paper towels on my forehead and chest and I’ve since become a connoisseur if cold therapy and eye masks in general. This eye mask and a soft gel ice pack on my chest is my new go to(it’s one for kids that comes with a soft cover)This is one of my favorite eye masks! I love having two so I always have a back up in case I need a few extra minutes after they start to go warm and soft.It lasts a decent amount of time cold/frozen as well, probably due to having more coverage and space for the gel freezey beads so they stay cold longer since there’s more of them.Would recommend if you deal with migraines, anxiety, post baby botox, and general relaxing.

I like this so much I ordered another. The only down side is I wish it sat a little closer to my eye so it felt like it was cooling directly under my eye but that just might be the spacing on my own face and I just move the mask up a bit. It stays cold for so long which is great, but I do keep mine in the freezer I haven’t tried putting it in just the fridge. It’s been great for general puffiness but was amazing when I had a horrific sinus infection!!! I highly recommend this product. Only down side is the headband is Velcro and can catch your hair if you aren’t paying attention when you close it.

So I realized that this really isn't washable because I think when I did it somehow got soap inside of it. I don't really understand why because whatever is inside doesn't come out so idk. Aside from that I think it is kind of weird that the put this fuzzy layer on one side which I think is supposed to go on your face. But the problem with that is that it's too warm and I can't feel the cold from the frozen mask on my face, which totally defeats the purpose. So I usually put the plastic side against my face, which is fine, and it's nice and cold. However, I would have preferred if it stayed colder a lot longer than it does. I would say it stays cold maybe ten minutes. Which is ok, but sometimes I just want to freeze my whole face because I'm hot and it feels good. That's hard to do when the icepack thing i'm trying to use doesn't stay cold. The other thing is, I will usually wash my face, then use toner, serum, face cream, eye cream, and then put this on. My face is I guess still hot from all of this and then I put the mask on and it makes my face sweat and it kind of feels like I'm sweating off the stuff I just put on. So after it isn't cold any more I will take it off and just kind of... rub in and massage my face a little bit. I'm not sure if I should do that because I feel like I'm rubbing sweat back into my face but this is the best solution I could come up with.

I get nasty headaches from TMJ, and I also am a DBT therapist and am familiar with the concept of using ice or cold water to lower blood pressure and get instant relief from intense emotions. So, this thing is GREAT and super effective. I put it on at the end of the work day and mediate with this thing on, it increases my ability to relax deeply instantly and feels really good. If I have a headache I take some Motrin, put this thing on, and lay down. It's super effective. I would recommend for anyone with migraines or anyone who needs help to relax deeply. I'm going to get a second one to keep at work. Also useful for pilots who get headaches and aren't allowed to take medications. Truly a miraculous little device to keep in your freezer.

Seems well made & good quality. Definitely don’t need to put in freezer 2 hours…1 hour was enough for bead side down. Looks just as pictured and good price. Also bought one for a friend. I’m buying a few more for girls vacation! Great after too much sun, to relax, or to kind of ‘de-puff’ your face 😉 get excited! If you’re on the fence, I say try it! You can always return it.
