The Frank works great. I wish the lid wasn't made of so many parts. It makes cleaning take 10X longer than it needs. It keeps my coffee hot all morning long, and doesn't leak.

Muy util, facil de usar y limpiar, completamente higienico y mantiene por muchísimo tiempo el calor.

I had bought pink and black color. Pink is ok . But there is a crack inner side (ceramic coating) of cup. I didn't see that when i received the the stuff. I filled coffee and i was finished , some of coffee filled between inner ceramic and outer side. Totally rubbish. Worst thing is I'm not in US right now and i dont know how to return that. I can send a video if the company needs it.

I was excited to try using this but when it arrived the box appeared damaged and almost as if someone had used it. The product itself is dented and the color is scratched off in some spots. The lid is also pretty hard to press down, not sure how you’d use it if you were using it while driving or something. Also feels pretty cheap in the hands.

I like the sleek design. But the top is way too difficult to reassemble after cleaning. And the instructions on how to reassemble weren’t very helpful.

The only thing I don't like is the button on the top is hard to push.

I loved my frank green cup. But I bought this one in January and 2 months ago (around May) it was already leaking through the little hole it has.. I’m was always very careful when I cleaned it and when I was using it.. but I am a little disappointed that it lasted perfectly for about 4-5 months only
