Highly recommend them for any first aid kit!
Works really well and as intended! Has a lot of stopping power behind the bandages to help fix up wounds. Overall were great quality!

Hope I never have to use it
This item is a bit challenging to review, as I won't know its quality until I use it, and I hope that never happens. It is vacuum-packed and fits easily into any first aid kit. The outer packaging looks nice.

Vital Bandage to Keep in First Aid Kits
I keep a pretty complete First Aid kit in my house and my car. While I have nose bleed plugs with Calcium Alginate to help speed up clotting and stop the bleeding, I actually don't have general gauze with a clotting factor. I came across this Hemostatic gauze and decided to add it to my kits. Like the rest of the kit, it is something I rather have and not need to use than need and not have it. The package received has an expiration date of 10-09-2027. Per the directions, it is simple enough to use. There is a single gauze strip measuring 2.95" wide by 59" long. While I haven't had an opportunity to use it, it is added peace of mind to have it ready.

convenient.
I haven't had a reason to unseal the bandages. They are sealed well and are of a super convenient size for storage in my hiking kit. All good. I would order again.

Not impressed
The packaging vacuum packed is nice that it take up a small amount of room but it is harder to open and use than regular packaging. The actual quality of the gauze is unimpressive. On top of that it’s not on the fda approved list

NIH approved wound dressing
This is a solid addition to an emergency kit. It’s vacuum sealed for safety. Because of that, I’m not going to open it until I (hopefully never) need it, but I did research kaolin infused gauze and it’s known to be effective for stopping bleeding. As a substitute teacher in a high school, I’ll be keeping it in my backpack just in case. While it isn’t something that you’ll want to use, it’s important to be prepared, especially if you have a job or hobby such as woodworking, hunting, or metal/glassworking that comes with a risk of injury.

Essential IFAK item
Hemostatic gauze is an essential first aid item for serious bleeding wounds, so having one of these in the bag is good peace of mind. I like that this is a good size, unlike some of the mysterious foreign brands on Amazon. This appears to be well packaged in a sealed pouch, and although it's not name brand I'd rather have this than nothing. I carry this in my truck along with some non-hemostatic bandages for wound packing. If you get this, take a class so that you know what to do with it. Price is reasonable for a mystery brand bandage.

Great editionto your first aid kit
Reviewing Hemostatic Gauze (Blood Clotting Bandage) Stop Bleeding Gauze First Aid. The item is as described in the listing (see pic). It's small but it's mighty! I actually used it on a pretty large gash a couple days ago, and it seemed to stop the bleeding pretty well. I'm not sure how it would fair with anything more extreme, but at that point you should be heading to the ER regardless. I think this is a nice little edition to someone's first aid kit if they want to be prepared for anything.

The item arrived on time, and looks like it will work for me, but until I actually need it, I'm not going to open up the sterile packaging to see whether it works as advertised.
