First time buying a steam hair straightener,And thought it would be safer on keratin treated hair. And must say I like it over the Infrared Flat Iron Ceramic Straightener I have been using..Pro's) 2 clips ,like that it had the built in comb teeth instead of those animal's bristles I've seen on many others, less heat damage,hair seems much smoother, silky and softer ,straightens very well.Love how the comb really helps distribute steam and heat,only 2 minor Con's)Doesn't go lower than 350 and have to refill water a few times but its very simple to refill, Over all glad I purchased this and would recommend it. a healthier choice for me for sure,And the Pros out weight the 2 minor Cons

This is my first time buying a steam straightener and I am very happy with this purchase. I have thick wavy hair and this straighter leaves my hair feeling sleek, soft, and most importantly straight. The steam component of this straightener gives extra moisture which protects my hair against damage and controls for frizz and hair breakage.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants protected straight hair.

Overall I really like this straightener! It is very easy to use and my hair feels much smoother and sleeker than it does with my usual straightener. The steam feature is also really cool and helps to make the hair extra straight. There are only two things I would change. The first would be an option for the temperature to go lower than 350 degrees. The second is that there are two little gaps where the plates end by the handle and I’ve found strands of my hair keep getting caught in there. It may just take me getting a better hang of it to avoid having this happen. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product.

Received the the flat and it worked well but when it came to the steam feature water was dripping and leaving the hair very wet.

I had high hopes with this. The straightener looks high end but dont let that fool you. the steam only works if you hold the iron upside down. The built in comb and the plates did not make my hair shiny and smooth as my conair steam straightener used to do. i have natural straigh hair, i just needed the shiny and the moisture and this iron did not delivered.

I've used the straightening several times so far and it's never made my hair that straight. If I could I would return it but I threw away the packing.

Bought this straightener for my girlfriend. She loves it! She says it’s the most durable and quality straightener she has ever owned. Her hair looks great when she straightens it and she loves the feel of her hair after. Definitely get this straightener for yourself or for your significant other if you are looking for one. Have not found any problems with it and it feels super durable so it’s definitely not going to break anytime soon!

I had the babyliss pro nano titanium steam flat iron and the steamer got damaged and I didn't think I would find another steam iron that could be anywhere near close to being as good as the one I had but I tried this flat iron. I was a little bit sceptical at first cause I had never used a flat iron with a built on comb and I wanted a iron that had a slit in the top and bottom plate like the flat iron I had before cause I felt like the steam could penetrate all the hair. I am so pleased with this flat iron more than I thought I would be the comb helps the steam get every strand of hair(cause I wasn't good a the chase method)and the hair comes out smooth and silky. Nothing can replace my other flat iron but this one gets very close I am very pleased with this product and do highly recommend!
