Can you buy replacement compression pads?

Good question! I've tried to get a replacement and being unsuccessful I purchased another belt! Due to Covid my NHS Surgery to repair my Inguinal Hernia isn't going to be done in the short term. Buying another belt allowed me to use one and wash the other!

Any good for runners?

Absolutely, I have been using mine as I do 3x 12 mile runs a week. It is perfect for keeping your guts in..lol. No pain at all when running, would definitely recommend.
