1000% out of 100%. If I could give it more stars I would. I have been very lactose intolerant since I was 19 ( i am 33 now) and I grew up in the great Midwest dairy state eating dairy my whole life. I love dairy, but dairy hates me. Lactaid i thought was the solution but it never did anything no matter me trying to triple the dosage. For years I just let my lactose intolerance dictate my choices (mostly) but I saw adverts for Milktab when hearing there's been a surge in development for lactose intolerance digestives that pack a better "punch". I chose to try Milktab after doing a big comparison between a lot of other similar companies producing these kinds of products. What really won me over was that this doesn't just help digest lactose but the other parts that make up dairy products like protease and lipase. So I gave it a shot for a vacation to universal studios in Orlando. Since the first pill it has worked LITERAL wonders! Normally having something with dairy makes me search for the nearest bathroom in 10 minutes or less but I got to enjoy my entire day and not have that painful danger feeling in my tummy. I got to eat so much food that i never get to have otherwise without any pain which for how long I've been lactose intolerant, its practically unheard of! For a pretty affordable 12$ at the time of purchasing a small sleeve of 15 pills I thought that was great for stuffing in my purse/wallet while on vacation and it didn't take up much room. After a whole week of testing, I trusted these pills so much I ordered directly from Milk tab and got their deal for 3 boxes so I can enjoy dairy again. I can't say much about the taste as I would usually just take it with some water or soda which I think is the preferred method and works fine. The pills themselves if i let it rest on my tongue for a few seconds sorta taste like what I think bland cardboard tastes like. If that's all i have to deal with to eat dairy then that i'd argue is a completely fair trade off. I will 100% buy from them again.

Honestly the best lactose product. It’s a bit pricy compared to other but worth it. Works so much better than other brands.

These tabs work great, no tummy issues with dairy anymore! The packaging makes it easy to take with you for eating during travel.

I absolutely love dairy products but my boyfriend is super lactose intolerant. He is basically allergic to dairy to the point of itching plus all the normal digestive issues that come with it. He has tried all kinds of lactase pills and none have worked. He took one pill before eating a triple cheeseburger. 🤯 It worked!! He is so excited to finally be able to have dairy again! It works amazing! It's definitely worth the price! He no longer has stomach pains or itching when eating dairy.

After using lacto Joy for over a year and running out right before the holidays, when for some reason they're delivery is delayed until January, I decided to try milk tab. Absolute disaster. I had extreme stomach cramping. And the price was significantly higher per unit. Never ever ever again.

The product worked, I think. But it tasted disgusting and had a terrible texture while chewing. Definitely follow the instructions and take it with your first bite or drink. I chewed on it before eating (like Lactaid chewables allows for) and that was a mistake. It felt like I was chewing on chalky cardboard, and the last solid piece just wouldn't disintegrate. This is unflavored too, unlike the vanilla flavored stuff you can buy at the drug store, so it was just...gross.

Been using this product for a little over a week now, and it really works!! No upset stomach or consequences later on when consuming anything with milk, and I can FINALLY enjoy all the dairy products I use to eat and drink as a kid!! I only have to take ONE MilkTab tablet, compared to the Lactaid vanilla flavored dissolvable tablets, where I needed to consume 5 or 10 tablets to get the same effectiveness. The package is small and is a little wider than a credit card, if that's STILL not accurate enough for you ( lemme grab my calipers... ) the package measures ~3" length, ~2" width and ~1/4" thick ( Metric 800mm Length x 600mm Width x 5mm Depth ) it can be put in your pocket or purse with ease. The pills are NOT dissolvable and the taste is not exactly pleasant, it ALMOST has the scent of crushed egg shells ( I have a green thumb and I garden on occasion ) and powered milk. I would suggest crushing the MilkTab pill with your teeth and promptly washing the crushed fragments down with a quick drink to avoid the taste. Definitely worth the price!! My only issue with this product is the taste of the tablet, a vanilla flavor would make consuming these lactase pills a little more pleasant than a odd flavor regardless of it's effectiveness.

The product itself works fairly well. I feel like it works better than just Lactaid itself. I love the carry size it makes bringing tabs along with you very easy. I usually just keep it in my back pocket. The issues I have are when I tried to contact MilkTab directly because the actual company Milktab only sells this product in packs of 45 but this seller is selling them in packs of 15 for the same price as the 45 pack straight from the Milktab website. It's been weeks and Milktab has not answered any of my emails or even acknowledged my existence in any way. Their current leadtime is 2-4 weeks which I get and understand but I found another product that works and am trying to cancel my order but there have been no responses from Milktab directly, the company I placed the order with directly.
