The best saw blade on a knife I have used and the blade is thick where you need it.....the clip could use a little redesign.....in my opinion

Great For Camping/Survival/Self-Defense
This knife is a great size for open-carry in California (except Los Angeles, San Francisco, and maybe other specific states). However, it is a little heavy for my preference as it brings down my pants making me have to uncomfortably tighten my belt. It's good for chopping, slicing, cutting rope, etc. The worst thing was that the back of the tip of the blade was not even. Also, it's sharp on one side but not the other when running my thumb horizontally across the blade to test sharpness. I loved the grip, it's kind of rough but fits comfortable and makes me confident in not losing my grip on it. The sheath was also a little too bulky and should have come with leg straps to ensure that it does not move around when walking or the end being in the way/bumping into things when sitting down. For a Bowie (also kind of a kukri shaped knife), it is a great price. Have yet to test it chopping woods. I love the way the sheath can be put on and off my belt with ease, but the clip mechanism that holds the knife in place takes some getting used too drawing it out quick.

Not sure
The knife looks pretty good, but it is completely dull. Been sharpening the blade now for a while to try and put an edge on it, but I believe I'm going to have to use my table grinder. It may just be this specific one, so I'm not sure.

impressive
I don't want to give a false impression. I have not used this knife in any practical way.The knife is smaller than I anticipated and lighter than it looks. It feels well balanced in hand. The sheath is solid and has many attach points. The tactical securing mechanisms were new to me and I find them slightly cumbersome, but they definitely are quiet and effective.I really like it.
