SkyBound Stratos 12 14 15 Foot Trampoline with Updated Safety Net & Top Ring for 2019 - Exceeds ASTM Safety Rating Construction - Built to Last

This product has a design flaw. The safety net can come off the top of the poles due to the way the bars curve. If you order the longer legs for this trampoline, it seems to make the issue worse.

Trampoline is very fun but the quality is poor. We’ve had it less than 2 years and I’ve had to replace the enclosure three times and the pad once. The enclosure netting separates at the seams. Thankfully the first two times were within warranty but this last time it was not. The netting attaches to the pad by sewing it into the spring loops. This makes it very safe but it’s also a pain to redo each time - takes about 2 hours. Also, the replacement nets don’t include the string, so I’ve reused them each time, and because I’ve had to cut some of the knots, it’s no longer enough to go all the way around. My kids love it and use it a lot so I’m happy for them, but wish the quality was better.

We looked at many trampolines both locally and on-line before buying this. I called Skybound and they called me back right away to answer my questions. Excellent support and they even gave me a small credit back as I purchased it and then they put it on sale for Amazon days and even though I purchased before they matched the price. The quality of the trampoline is excellent and we paid the $148 to have it installed by an Amazon.com professional. He did a great job, was on time (offered to come early) and we even used his service later for handyman work (painting so nothing to do with Amazon). We looked at the spring-less model too and for 4x the cost it was not as good. Much to stiff and really not any better built.Overall great experience and the kids love it (as do myself and my wife). Highly recommend and since we live in CA (Northern) it came in 2 days (except one box got lost by UPS and took an extra 2 days, again nothing to do with Skybound, just standard UPS mix-up and confusion).Good for it, you will be happy. We got the 12' model as we could not fit bigger. Honestly it is fine for 2 kids and one smaller Adult or one Adult and one kid.

This Trampoline Rocks! We searched the web a lot for the right trampoline and ultimately ordered the SkyBound Stratos 15'. It showed up 3 days later and my 12 year old son and I set up the entire trampoline in 1 1/2 hours! It was simple, straight forward and we had fun doing it together. The sense of accomplishment he feels having done this himself is fantastic. One of the three boxes showed up pretty busted up but everything was there and it all worked perfectly. My only suggestion to the designers of the net is you need a better way to keep the top of the net connected to the poles. They keep popping off so we had to add some black string and tie it to the deck and the net cap - now it stays on great. Wonderful product - really well built. Great Job SkyBound!
