Excellent Laptop
This product came in wrapped securely. No dents, scratches or blemishes period. Looked and felt brand new. I’ve been looking for a laptop like this one. It’s got speed, space, and is lightweight. The battery holds a good while. Great functionality, everything works so far. It was a super easy setup. Probably less than 10 minutes especially if you already have a Microsoft account. I actually love this laptop (my favorite) ❤️

Awesome Laptop
This laptop exceeded my expectations. It was easy to set up and it performs perfectly. I use it for work and I haven't had any issues.

Got it for some work/study and light gaming (league/valorant).
Appearance wise I didn’t expect the product to be scratch free but at least the stickers/cover should be applied a bit better and more aligned. The keyboard does have some hairline cracks (if look closely) and some dirt under the keys and the corner of the screen. Straight out the box I was prompt to restart but have not encountered any problem so far. Battery has been lasting a whole day study/work. The touch pad is a bit buggy and had a bit of trouble scrolling sometime The speaker sounds a bit cracked with more coming out of the left side. Good overall for the price but will come back to update if anything occurs.

Update: Not So Great Refurbished Computer
Update: Unfortunately this computer up and died after a few months of use. One day it simply wouldn't power up and was completely unresponsive. I had a local repair shop look at it, and he was baffled on what the problem was. The power box was fine, but the computer was dead. My money is gone and I would not buy a refurbished computer from Amazon again based on this experience. So I recommend that you look elsewhere. Old Review: I have to admit that I was hesitant about buying a refurbished computer from Amazon, but I am very happy with this purchase. The computer, listed in excellent condition, met my expectations. I couldn't tell any difference between this computer and a brand new one. It came with Windows 11, a solid state hard drive and a battery that can be fully charged.

A very nice Dell Lattitude
Excellent computer. I'm used to using a older version full size latitude which I actually like better. I was forced to upgrade for Windows 11 due to a program that I use. I bought a lighted Bluetooth keyboard that I use with this also I bought a tilt stand which allows me to have a better view of the screen.

Speedier than I anticipated for i5 chip. Only 1 USB port.
I was looking for an inexpensive laptop for using with my photography hobby. This one has exceeded my expectations for speed and utility. One complaint is that it only has 1 USB port. Came with very minor wear, as advertised.
