Great Product and Easy Installation
Worked perfectly right out of the box. (1) Red, yellow and white AV composite cables from my Philips VCR/DVD audio and video output ports to the comparable Wenter AV ports; (2) Installed a 3 foot HDMI cable from the Wenter HDMI port to my Vizio TV's HDMI2 port; (3) Installed a USB cable from the TV's only USB port to the Wenter USB-C port to supply power [5V] to the Wenter AV to HDMI Converter. I purchased the converter without any cables as I already had all three cable types at home and available to be used. The entire installation couldn't have been any easier.

Works great
This worked great for connecting an old style wii to a new TV! It was easy to use and has a good quality video. It's small and can easily be mounted on the back of the TV as well

Don’t believe any bad reviews, this adapter works great!!
Excellent unit! We all have old DVD players with RCA plugs, and new TV’s with no RCA jacks….NO PROBLEM! This small adapter is the easy answer. Plug the DVD player into the RCA jacks on the adapter, connect the HDMI cord to the TV, and connect the power cord to a USB charging plug…..that’s it! Works like a charm. Picture and sound perfect! Now the DVD’s, old video game players, and anything else with seemingly useless RCA connecters can be seen again, all at a practical cost. If anyone gave this a bad review, they hooked it up wrong, because it works great! Five stars!!

Hook up your audio & video cables to the out jacks on your source device.
Initially, after I hooked this up to our new Samsung 65 in. TV, it appeared to be doing nothing. It turned out that I had the audio and video cables hooked up to the "in" terminals instead of the "out" terminals on the back of our HiFi VHS VCR. Now it works flawlessly. No complaints. Would buy again...

Works with some reservation.
Be advised those old DVDs will not look good on the TV sets of day. As expected, the resolution will be inferior to what we have available today. Other than that, it worked without any issues except for quick movement where it would have what I will call slices of a quick moving image. The 720/1080 switch made no difference to the video. Not sure why it didn't change. This is an inexpensive device so perfection with its upscaling capability is not perfection.

Bought this device to interface an old Wii console to current HDMI television. Worked out of the box, as advertised.
