It does whiten teeth but not as much as you likely would hope. Plus the process it lengthy and frankly not worth the time for daily use based on minimal whitening.

This product needs more specific instructions imoI found clearer instructions on another similar product. Applying this to DRY teeth IS important bc it allows the product to adhere better so make sure your teeth are dry. So blot with a tissue right before inserting into your mouthNext when using the precision application pen. 1-2 clicks of hydrogen peroxide serum is enough to whiten up to 4 teeth. Use the pen like at the wall of retainer. And point the retainer towards the ground
