This is a good set of sticks. It comes with 6 sticks and covers, a screwdriver and a prybar. The picture with a ton of tools is everything you need. The other picture has a 3d printed tool in it. It is a solder scroll. I recommend a practice board. I used a junk ps4 controller as the sticks are very similar. I practiced desoldering the sticks so the ps5 ones went without issue. Something also important to mention, I picked up my first soldering iron the day before the install. A absolute beginner can do this. Now onto the review of the sticks.They are great. Calibration was easy and worked first try. It had a circularity error of 6%. Stock had 10%. An immediate upgrade. The clicks for r3 and l3 are VERY satisfying. They seem more mouse like than stock. Very clicky. They have a smoother glide too. They have no drift. The game pad tester had no movement and showed full motion. The YouTube video was great and the comments were a huge help. I recommend the piece by piece method. It worked great for me. I have two more controllers to do this to. And on top of alllll of that, they slap Sony right in the face! I don't have to buy replacement controllers anymore. These will never get drift*!*technically they can but that is due to the centering spring and not to the sensors. This is rare and may happen after a lot of use. 2000+ hours

Installation went well. You will need at least a soldering iron to complete the job. To remove the solder and to add the solder to the new joystick. Controller is working great now. It had really bad drift before. Thumbsticks are the same as originals. Was nice to replace those as well as mine were a little worn. Highly recommend this kit.

So i installed and I have calibrated about 4 times now and I still have a little bit of stick drift. But they are better then what I had factory.

I was worried they would feel different from the original PS5 sticks, too tight or too loose, but they feel the same. I have used these a few hours a day since I installed them a month ago, and I have had no issues. Also the replacement thumb sticks are the same material and quality as the originals. If I put them side by side I would not be able to tell them apart.

I bought it and when I tried to replace the parts I noticed that I need some another tool to remove the old parts and put the new one.So I can’t use it and also there is no information or instructions inside the box.

I have 3 PS5 controllers with stick drift on the left stick. I figured I would give this a shot as it was a much cheaper option than replacing the controllers. This is a great fix for such a low cost. All you need is some patience and some skill to desolder and solder the new joystick on the board.A couple tips for good results, get a quality circuit board clamping kit to hold the board steady. Also, I had much better luck using a solder sucker instead of using a desoldering wick.I was able to repair 3 controllers in a little over an hour. After calibrating the controllers with the dualshock calibration website, all 3 controllers work great with no more drift.Hopefully, the days of stick drift are now over.

Joysticks have been working great since they’ve been installed.Installation went pretty smooth after scanning the QR code on the back and following the video instructions.Definitely recommend even for someone new at soldering like myself

PS5 controller with stick drift is now just like new after installing these new joysticks! Handy video walks through the process of removal of old joysticks, installation of the new ones, and recalibration (do not skip this last step)!Need basic soldering skills and the right tools, though. Can be tricky to remove, but the accompanying video is spot on.
