I love this massager. It gets quite hot, but you can turn it down. My daughter uses it for our pedicures. The temperature control is absolutely needed & works well. The quality is top notch in my opinion. It's very easy to control & the water temperature goes down quickly if it's too hot. I'd absolutely recommend this product! The massaging mechanism is also quite calming & I loved it! My feet are a size 10 in women's & my daughter is an 11 & both fit comfortably inside the tub.

Updated review: This item is hit or miss and it is no fault of the seller. I would say the mixed reviews are accurate. Some work perfectly, while others are faulty. Just make sure you check yours as soon as you purchase so you can return it if it's faulty. I am upgrading my review from 1 to 4 stars because of the seller's customer service. They issued me a full refund despite being outside of my return window, and without me asking for it. They did NOT ask me to change my review, I am doing it purely out of gratitude. If the bath had not leaked, I would give it 5 stars. Original review: I thought I was in love with this thing until I realized that it had leaked from the bottom and soaked my area rug, rug pad and carpet. I was very mindful of the water level and kept it between the minimum and maximum levels. Another review mentioned a bottom drain, so I don’t know if there is a way for me to close it and stop the leaking. If so, I’d love to know how. My return window is closed and I don’t want to be stuck with a defective item.

I purchased this a few years ago and it still works great! The water temperature is easily adjustable and the little foot roller things feel nice! The light also works great and hasn't failed yet! I would definitely recommend this, especially for those that are on their feet all day/frequently!

Disappointed... I bought two. One for me and one for my daughter. One leaked and got returned. As far as value for the money, way too expensive for what it is. The temperature is hard to control. The red light does nothing. The rollers don't automatically move. You have to roll your feet over them. The bubbles are okay. It literally is a tub for water. I am a little concerned about the few people that said they got zapped with a shock while using theirs. I am basically using it as a standard foot soak. The only reason I still have it is because the date to return expired.

I ordered this for my lady because her old unit started to leak. This was a heck of an upgrade. Her number one pro is the heat. It gets set to the highest temp, which it holds. She says the rollers and bubbles are incredibly relaxing. A little eucalyptus with Epsom salt and she's transported to her own personal spa. She absolutely loves it, which means I'm more than happy with the purchase.
