The fit is loose in the ear; if it fit snugly I would give it 5 stars. It works well, the battery lasts a long time, and the contacts stay clean because they are outside the ear.

for a low budget earbud, it has decent sound quality, noise-cancelling works, although not as good as closed one. paired easily, can be connected to multiple devices, more convenient than my other half-open earbuds. app not available in US.

I found the sound quality for these earbuds to be good and acceptable. However, the volume levels are low unless the earbuds are physically pressed deep into the ears. Bluetooth features wireless connectivity, with outstanding signal strength from a distance. Controlling the On/Off, and Operational Channel Modes requires a simple tap process with a finger to the earbuds. The earbuds are ultra-sensitive to touch! Ear comfort did not meet expectations due to the design of the earbuds. I have small ear canals; these earbuds keep falling out of my ears in part because there are no size fit adjustments for the earbuds. The ear buds are slightly weighted and designed to be a One Size fits All which was not the case for my use. I did find discomfort when wearing these earbuds, for any extended period.

I charged up the case. It's blue indicator light glows constant blue. I opened the case. My computer's bluetooth search did not see a signal from the buds. I turned on my phone. It's bluetooth search did not see the buds. My tablet cannot see the buds. I took them out of the case and put them in my ears. No little beeps, no scound at all. Looking at them, I see no break in the shell to show a place to tap for changing their settings as shown in the instructions. I have had many pairs of earbuds over the years and never before had a problem getting them to work. These are duds.
