I must point out that I had problems with the first phone that I received I think it may have been returned before, however as I really liked the phone I decided to order again and I have to say that I am really impressed, I'm not a heavy user just a few phone calls and a bit of YouTube but I still manage a full five days without needing to charge.The phone is fast and call quality is good it also has some useful functions like recording your phone calls if you wanted to, it also receives a good signal and works in several places that my other phone didn't.Camera quality is extremely good for this type of phone my only gripe is that night vision is not available in video mode unlike a lot of competitors.Blackviews customer service seems to be very good I was contacted to see if my problems had been resolved.All in all if you can put up with a little bit of extra weight which you soon get used to it's an amazing piece of kit.

When I opened the very smart box everything was laid out very well and you new that you had bought a good product.Unfortunately the phone was much bigger and heavier than I realised.It looked like a good product and very robustIdeal for the people working outside I would have loved to keep it but far to big for the pocket

Excellent build quality. Excellent battery life. Awful OS. Blackview's "Doke OS" disappoints again. Experienced a bootloop on the first reboot, as I have with other blackview devices. Apps such as YouTube closing in the background. Presumably due to overactive background operation management similar to Xiaomi. Temperamental performance quality, frequent slowdowns.

Over the years I’ve had a few top branded phones with top specs but have always been very dissatisfied with how many problems they seem to get and battery life was an absolute joke so I decided to try this phone. First of all WOW I was pleasantly surprised and for the price I was very impressed and annoyed that I didn’t get this type of phone years ago. I’m not knocking top selling phones but it’s the price they charge (iPhone) everything about this phone just works so well and I’m not having poor signal strength issues anymore. If you want a good solid reliable phone then get this because you won’t be disappointed

Nfc software doesn't work correctly, won't except NatWest cards. Contacted nat west bank and it turns out there's a problem with the phones software and not in the banks side. Only downfall. Apart from that it's a fantastic phone

Very heavy, but for a work phone the standby time is epic. The camping light super useful and it is indestructible.
