You have 2 standard sata connectors in the two drive bays. BUT, the PCIe M.2 SSD is in one of these bays and a tray is holding it. If you wish to use two standard 2.5" drives you must buy an additional drive cradle from the Asus eStore (or find one on ebay) because the ssd tray doenst work to hold a drive.
