The adapters work very well I use one on a retro gaming mini computer and I've had no problems with the adapter and the resolution is great.

Perfect adapters — they just work every time with no issues. Solid build and reliable connection, exactly what you want from something like this. My only “problem” is I tend to misplace them when I need one, but they’re so affordable that I just keep buying extras to have on hand. Great value and totally dependable.

This did seem to work fine in using a DisplayPort output to an HDMI-only monitor on one computer. However, I tried it with another computer (since you get two adapters) and it did not work on that one. That may be a firmware problem or something else. Still, it certainly worked in one use case.

One thing you can always count on is that a monitor you hope to use isn't the right type for the video card in the machine or the monitor you are going to use. It makes great sense to cover your bases by having a set of these oh hand in the event you should need them. The other things that seem to go hand in hand with computers is the part you need is always at a store that's closed or out of stock. The price and quality of these adapters serve to provide a good piece for of mind. I was nt able to tell any difference in video quality and are of the most commonly used used in today's machines and monitors. Obviously very simple to use and provide excellent connectivity for money well spent.

I wrote a review for the UGREEN 8K KVM Switch. I spoke about it and these adapters not working together. The adapters work fine if you use them directly, so that told me the switch wasn't taking the adapters. I returned the switch but kept these adapters. I will try another switch, but this time with native DP and HDMI.

These adapters have been in regular use across a few different screens and have worked well from the start. Setup takes no effort. They suit everyday desktop work, video playback, and multi-monitor setups very well. That is how I have been using them most of the time. They are not aimed at people chasing very high refresh rates. For normal computer use they have been reliable every time. Having four adapters in the box adds good value, especially if you use more than one screen or system. The solid build, stable connection, and useful pack size make them easy to like. The price feels fair for what you get, and they have become one of those accessories that quietly gets on with the job day after day.
