Very nice monitor with great contrast.

This is the second one of these that I have purchased as I have my original to my son who games more than me. Great size and quality picture for someone who uses it for fun, work, and some movie watching. The size lets me use it like I would normally use two monitors. Also, with the dual input mode I can have my personal desktop and work laptop feed in simultaneously. I got my second one on a lightning deal for an amazing price.

The 1st 48 hours were good. Color seemed to be a tad washed compared to my previous monitor, but I could deal with that. But then day 3, dead pixels started to pop up. Then in the middle of chatting with Amazon about a replacement, the whole screen goes black and starts flickering. Went to unplug it, and the power brick was insanely hot. So instead of exchange, I returned it. It's been several weeks and STILL don't have a refund. Sad about the monitor, even more sad about Amazon's return process with this.

Great monitor! I have a 34 inch AOC that has the same specs. The Gawfolk was considerably cheaper so I thought I would give it a try and it did not disappoint. The Gawfolk monitor is very bit as good as the AOC. We’ll see if it lasts. The one downside that I did have is that the VESA mount area on the back is round on the Gawfolk. Most VESA mount areas are square. If you’re connecting a square VESA mount, you’re going to need some insert spacers and longer monitor screws to be able to attach the VESA mount. I had some extras from other monitor stands so it wasn’t a big deal for me, but it will be frustrating if you get to this point and you can’t mount the monitor.

**Pros** - Good for studies & office work - Works fine with gaming - Good stand - Brightness adjust with video to help vision (HDR,DCR) - Gaming visuals not supported. **Cons** - It’s annoying having a 34’ but watching videos as 27’ display with no way to change the 16:1 display. - Wide display not always applicable - Monitor came with poor finishing at the top - Colour flickering around videos - No audio. Why do manufacturers put this option when the monitor fails to deliver as described. Very few monitors I have seen output audio. - Why is there a number on the screen, customer service won’t reply to help. **Conclusion** - The picture with “Fuse” was before adjusting monitor settings. - Picture with “Ash” was after adjusting monitor settings. <<Minus 2 stars for no audio, low display and no customer support>>.

So this is marketed as a gaming monitor, but I believe it is the perfect monitor for business productivity. I can keep several windows open simultaneously to a useful size for true multi-tasking. Visually, it’s bright and beautiful with adequate resolution and clarity. The curve and aspect ratio (with its x-axis bias) are far more useful to me than the more traditional aspect rations for curved monitors. Excellent!

At first glance it seems small but when you stand it on the desktop it goes full screen WOW the color is amazing the graphics are amazing you sit and watch everything. I really love it. I love the picture quality, and how it adjusts up and down. I also purchased an arm to raise and lower it. It has great contrast and sharpness, just like a television. Love the widescreen.
