These are really useful especially the big ones, didn’t think the large ones would be used, but they fit over the dogs silver dinner bowls, when they leave anything, keeps fresh.

My wife found these on Amazon. It’s simply brilliant There are always left-overs, things that need to marinate or to be kept cool in our household. These super versatile covers allow you to store food without a lid or without repeatedly wasting cellophane. I must say that given our limited-space fridge, its quite convenient to store pans and puts without a voluminous lid. These covers are easy to clean and if you place them tightly they will be leak-proof. The range of covers provided, combined with the elasticity will ensure you to cover most ordinary sized cups and plates.There are two draw backs; Firstly, depending on the size of your cups, plates, pots ect. you’ll have to apply some pressure to pull the cover over and if it’s tight you got to be careful not to catapult the cup and its contents. That in itself is not such an issue. However we good a great but slightly expensive Wedgewood dinner set . And I’m sure that at some stage one or two items will shoot and break (we can still reorder). Secondly, this set leaves you with 8 fluffy, rubbery items to store in your cupboard when not in use, they don’t takes a lot of space but its somewhat unsightly and unwieldy.Over the years I’ve developed some sort of passion for cooking and food but only have time for it during the weekend. I’m no Marco Pierre White but my culinary creations have massively improved over the years. My wife loathes to spend time in the kitchen so she always urges me to make a vast quantity when cooking during the weekend. With this she can then feed the family for the rest fo the week. And that’s were these covers come in extremely helpful.

These are a reasonable alternative to cling film, but don't offer a complete replacement. These particular ones are not very stretchy, so are quite hard to pull over any plate or bowl that is even slightly larger than the cover, and none of them will stretch over a normal sized dinner plate. They are no good at all for soft packaging, like a packet of ham or bacon, so you do still need to use cling film. But if you can use them, they are much better than cling film in the freezer.

I bought these for my dog’s bowl because he doesn’t eat it all at once and for other lidless kitchen bowls. They are very stretch and stay on very well. The are perfect for out door eating to protect food and ease of access and recovering.

I ordered these lids for a set of ten year old Pyrex glass dishes. My dishes are in perfect condition but their plastic lids were cracking and falling apart, and I needed a replacement. So far I have used three of these lids and I am very happy with them. They are easy to use, they stretch comfortably over the dishes, and remain tight. I have not used them yet for oblong dishes or dishes with irregular edges, but they are excellent for my round and oval dishes. They are easy to apply to the dish and equally easy to take off, the side tabs help. Good product.
