Great delivery great product worth the money

Not happy with the sound quality.. they are extremely comfortable but that’s about it… the volume level is extremely low , half of all my other headphones and I am very very picky when it comes to headphones I buy. I missed the return window and am stuck with them. Too expensive for what they are and they could do with their own app. Microphone works but nothing special

I have very mixed feelings about these first the selling points battery life is good lasts for hours and lightweight so fits on the ear well however you do have to position it correctly to hear anything clearly and loudly otherwise it's muffled and if you wear it for too it does start to irritate, listing to music the quality is good and having an actual button to push is great but when it comes to phone calls I found it useless calling a mobile I can't hear anything calling a landline it was loud but they have trouble hearing me (the whole point was the boom mic) my main reason for getting these is when I'm out and about I could stay aware of my surroundings due to open ear and detachable boom mic so they could hear me but any outside loud noise and you can't hear anything it's loose fitting so if the position isn't perfect it's useless and the boom mic is a little fiddly

I only received these today and so far they are impressive as the sound is good, the charging case is beautifully made and easy to use as it has a digital display showing charging levels. have also been able to connect to two devices at the same time, my phone and my laptop. The calls work and making and receiving calls is easy. This was my wishlist, basically, so it is a result. Now I need some time to use these, fingers crossed!

this earpiece has dropped serveral calls. the sound is good but is definitely not noise cancelling what so ever. the earpiece does not even cover my ear. the boom mike seems to work but have not tried it properly yet. The item is not worth the money am seriously thinking of returning them, but will re-evaluate it later on. I missed the return date.

Works really well. Microphone is very sensitive in open offices though. Quick question though - any idea how I mute the microphone??

Works absolutely fine

These headphones came neatly packaged and safely contained inside a large charging case. Large in comparison to most in-ear wireless headphones, but small in comparison most over-ear wireless headphones. The case is about the same size as other similar headphones but is elongated due the need to store the detachable boom mic. It was good to see that the boom mic was detachable and also so easy to attach even on the go, as this could have limited the use of this type of headphones. They are open ear, so it for people who, for whatever reason, need to hear their surroundings. The boom mic, which attaches magnetically to either earphone, makes it so much easier for anyone that you are talking to hear you without the need to speak up and is easy to connect on the go. I tested this out on a phone call to my 94-year-old mother, who I generally have to speak up to be properly heard, and she could understand every word I said with me just speaking normally. The sound quality you hear yourself on phone calls is very good, and the sound quality for music is perfectly reasonable, given that you can still hear all the noises around you. They connect to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth in the same way most Bluetooth devices connect and were displayed as ‘A2’ on my phone. They come with a comprehensive and well written user manual, which I only needed for the touch controls. As they fit around your ear, rather than in your ear, they are very comfortable to wear for long periods. The case holds a good amount of additional charge, and the remaining charge is displayed as a percentage on case’s display, where the remaining charge in each of the 2 earphones is indicated with 5 bars. The only negative I can find with these headphones is that they do leak enough sound to annoy somebody sitting next to you, who will hear a faint tinny version of what you can hear. However, if you are riding a bike, or walking in the street and need to hear the traffic and world around you, these would be ideal.

I really love these earbuds. Open air buds are so much more comfortable to me and I like being able to hear what's going on around me. These are super cool with the ability to add the mic boom just like their G9 product. But I like that you can choose which side to add them to. Both buds have the magnetic connector for the boom. My husband tells me the audio quality sounds just fine on the other end of a phone call. They're easy to charge by just placing them back in their case and the battery on the case lasts FOREVER. The ONLY thing that's a bit wonky is the volume is slightly lower on the left ear bud. I got a second pair and its the same. I tested it with a decibal tester and lathe left is noticeably lower volume but not enough to make me throw them out the window. I love everything else about these enough that they are my new go to. The other products are also great. I've tried the G2(my other favorite for recording voice notes), G9 (my other favorite for chill listening) , and G3 (My other favorite with the physical mute button for Zoom calls). All of these others are connected at the back, which makes them a tad less comfortable to lean back and chill against a couch or pillow. The A2 are separate buds so they're comfortable anywhere. Sure, all of these products mentioned aren't the highest of toppest quality out there like $300 Bose and whatnot, but for the incredible price, these are my favorite listening and casual conversation products.

These feel quality. They fit nice. Callers sound very clear but... the mic doesn't have noise cancelling. They claim 95 percent noise cancelling with dsp? But my caller told me they could hear people around me very clearly. So why would I keep these when they don't have spectacular audio quality or any app for eq customisation? Plus, they marketed these with dishonesty. Claiming it has noise cancelling mic when it doesn't. The battery life is good, the units feel quality and I like the case but when the mic can't do noise cancelling, I may as well buy a pair that perform well for music and have proven noise cancelling such as Anker aerofit 2.
