Smells really lovely! My 2 year old daughter enjoys rubbing it onto her wrists each night and doing mine at the same time! Along with promises of the bedtime fairy leaving 'gifts' if she sleeps through the night, bedtimes have become much calmer using this and her sleep pattern is improving again. Would recommend it.
