I am a professional chef who often uses knives that cost more than 200 dollars, I use knives for more than 10 hours a day, and this knife has an incredibly good performance for its price, nothing that compares to it in that price range, very light but solid, balanced and holds its edge very well, very elegant to look at and different, in short, a purchase that any type of cook from an amateur to a professional will appreciate this knife.

This is a quality piece and well made, it cuts beautifully, and makes food prep in our kitchen a lot easier. it’s very sharp, and it looks slick too with a unique design. It’s comfortable to hold and it feels solid. Definitely recommend and worth the price.

Everything is cut smoothly. No need pushJust slide only. Fine chop also available.Added to say, design is good.

The media could not be loaded. Better than my wusthof but not as nice as my shin primer. But at 1/5th the cost it’s pretty hard to compare. The quality is superb, the knife is sharp right if the box. Love the weight and feel. Definitely recommend.

You have to assemble the knive yourself! (Why can't they do it at the factory?) And it is NOT easy. you have to match the flat side of the pins through 5 layers of product (twice), then screw in the other side. I never would have bought it knowing this. Also, I assume the screws will loosen over time.

Sharp and cool design.

This knife is actually very impressive and nice and sharp. I have loved using it as it makes cutting anything very easy.!
