Firstly the bottle is large and lasted me about 5 months so it’s amazing value for money. It sinks in to the nail rapidly and I saw an improvement immediately.Over time the nails became far less thick, hard and discoloured - looking and feeling much healthier. Nothing I have used in the past works as well as this.I also had some dryness on my nails causing brittleness and cracking, but this formula moisturises very well.My advice is to use regularly, (at least twice a day, 3 times if you can) keep your nails short (but not too short) and use pedicure tools to remove the dead skin that will start to come off so the product can sink into the nail and surrounding skin more effectively.

Used this before and it does work. But didn't complete the treatment mainly because of the amount of filing you have to do. So I've bought a nail drill as well to file the nails down and it's made it so much easier. Also bought a UV light as well. 3 pronged attack which seems to have made a difference especially the nail drill. But I know this treatment works so 🤞 this time I'll completely rid myself of this not so FUNgle infection.

This is brilliant. I have tried so many anti fungal nail treatments, and this is the best of them all - I wish I’d come across it years ago rather than wasting my money on all the others I’ve tried. It is much much easier to use than the ones that have to be painted on. I normally find it really difficult to stick to schedules of treatments but this is really easy - you can’t apply it too often so don’t need to remember which day you’re supposed to do it, and it takes just two minutes to apply and rub in and then it’s done. The scent isn’t strong and is inoffensive.I’m two months in and have been applying it once or twice every day to all ten toenails. I am definitely starting to see a difference, with new healthy nails growing through. I still have over half the bottle left as well, so foresee it lasting the whole course of treatment.It’s more expensive than other “treatments” but it works!!! And you’ll only have to pay for one bottle - a small price to pay to get rid of nail fungus, in my opinion.

The good thing I have found about this product is that it softens the nail. Having had stubborn fungal toes for over three years, I have come to realise that the softening is important to aid the necessary filing of the nails. (for which I bought a plug in manicure set - which is much more practical than nail files!). A softer nail also means that any anti fungal lotions you will be using have more chance of penetrating at least some way into the nail.This product is good value, and although it plays a part,I have not found it to be the answer to fungal nails on its own. Ideally, I'd say you would apply this twice a day and in between, something else like tea tree or lamisil cream. I will continue to use it in conjunction with other products. Fungal toes are a nightmare. I have tried everything and cannot recommend a single product which works I'm afraid.

This product is good, but it doesn’t work miracles. I’ve needed to use it in tandem with other products for results I’m happy with. Truth be told, short of going on medication, I don’t think there are any products that will sort the issue out on their own. Nail fungus is so stubborn and this product does not contain any ‘active ingredient’ as such.I bought this in June after I’d tried a few other treatments over the years. I’ve had issues with my toes for around 6 years now and decided to spend a bit more in the hopes of finally ridding myself of it. It’s gone some way to doing that as I’ve got around a third of a healthy nail that has grown through in the last three months, which I’m happy with.This bottle will last you a long time; I’ve got at least half left after over three months of (mostly) daily use. Another benefit is that the bottle does not have any contact with the toe so there is no contamination. I pour a few drops onto the nail and then massage it in with a cotton bud and allow to dry as much as possible, then I immediately dispose of the cotton bud and wash my hands. If you’ve got multiple toes infected, ensure you change sides of the cotton bud when switching between toes.Like I said, I don’t think it’s strong enough to clear things up within the 2-3 week time frame it advertises, but it’s the product that has worked best for me. I have used it alongside specialist nail clippers to trim the toenail down as much as possible. The big difference maker, I feel, to the appearance of the nail and the effectiveness of the treatment is the electric nail file that I used to file down the nail dramatically before starting to use the Imperial product. I think the reasoning for this is that the treatment is able to penetrate into the nail bed. As with the cotton buds, I dispose of the file after each use and get a fresh one each time. All of the products have cost around £50 in total, which is a price I was willing to pay.Alongside this, I take care to change my socks soon after I get home and intermittently spray fungal foot spray into my shoes (not as often as I should, though!)July 2023 Update:Using this product (and the others) led me to a fungal-free life! My nails have been clear now for around 18 months

I purchased this in Jan 2024. It is now late May 2024 and both my big toe nails appear normal again, after trying various other well known “remedies” for at least 15 years. ALL of my other toe nails were infected, but are also now showing marked signs of improvement. I shall continue to use this product, which seems to go a long way and hopefully all my toe nails will no longer be the embarrassment they once were. I started off by putting a drop of the oil on each nail every night and morning. I rubbed the oil in to the surrounding skin too, which I think also helps. I now only rub the oil on once a day, but it still seems to be working, One of my big toe nails did peel away after about 8 weeks of use, but has grown back with no infection and now looks normal again. I thoroughly recommend this product and will update this review if anything changes.
