I have tried several different hydration brands - Liquid IV, Cure, LMNT, etc. I tried this on a whim and completely regret it. I have tried it 3 different times now and each time I get a terrible Migraine within an hour - and I don't EVER get migraines, or headaches. So if the ingredients are truly what is listed here - that should not be happening. Makes me concerned about what is truly in it. The taste is mild, not salty like LMNT (which I don't mind) and it's not overly sweet like liquid IV - so no complaints on the mild taste - but I literally cannot drink it bc it gives me a migraine and it's not a product eligible for return so I'm just out $50 on a bad product. Wish I hadn't tried it. Stick to some of the other brands that have been around for awhile longer.
