BRITAPURITY C50 Quell ST CU FILTER CARTRIDGE

I had this filter system installed alongside a new water softener. Takes hardness out of drinking water. Better than the Harveys system I had before where the kettle still got scaled up.Easy to replace. Youtube vid is available to show you. Avoided having the installer coming back to replace it at a slighter higher price.With normal use this filter lasts around 6 months

I bought this to replace an old water filter, I contacted the technical department I was assured that the cartridge had the exact same fitting as the one I was replacing, I made three attempts to fit the cartridge and got soaked each time, on close inspection to the head of the cartridge I did notice a slight differences to the design. I have workedfor an espresso machine fitting company for 22 years and feel competent in able to change a filter. I have returned the said cartridge and have not been given a refund because the unit has been used. In fact the unit has not been use as l failed to connect the cartridge to the head. Disappointed and out of pocket, never mind onwards and upwards

Nach einer unangekündigten Umstellung der Wasserhärte durch den Versorger, wurde aus Wasser Härte 7 plötzlich Wasser Härte 18. Immer noch nicht dramatisch, nur die Espressomaschine mit Festwasseranschluß war so verkalkt, dass sie nur noch durch einen Werkstattbesuch zu retten war. Nach der Installation des Purifiy C-Systems von Brita, fließt wieder kalkarmes Wasser zur Maschine. Dabei ist der Einbau des Filterkopfes denkbar einfach und der Wechsel der Filterkartusche ein Kinderspiel. Vor allem Tee gewinnt deutlich an Trinkqualität durch die Wasseraufbereitung und im Vergleich zu den Filterkartuschenf für die Brita-Kannen, ist der Preis von 40 Euro für 1000 Liter aufbereitetes Wasser günstig.

Wir nutzen eine Kaffeemaschine mit Festwasseranschluss.Unser Wasser wird vorher gefiltert durch diesen Britta Filter, er tut was er soll.Der Preis ist in Ordnung wir erreichen nie die maximale Filterungsmenge, somit ersetzen wir die Kartusche ca. 1 im Jahr.
