Simple, cheap, high dose D3.
Just a high dose of quality d3 from NOW, a company I usually buy from. I upped from 10k iu to 20k iu alongside K2 MK-7 (a must if you take a decent amount of d3) and the recent studies weren't lying, I had more energy and my libido somehow increased idk, could be placebo, but again, simple cheap high dose D3. 5/5

A must have for strong bones. My bone density test blew the technician away. I have a high rate of Vit D3 and I believe that helped my test at age 73. Now is a company I trust and have done years of business with them so I trust them. Always great quality and pricing.

Times are changing. Stop putting seed oils in our products please.
Almost a perfect product. There is an unspecified amount of toxic seed oil in it but pretty much every other product is 100% seed oil or some form of insulin spiking powdered starch. Remove the seed oil and this will be a 5 star product.

Got my levels out of deficiency
My doctor found that my d level was below the normal range and told me to take a high dose supplement. This did the trick and raised my vitamin d, as my follow up test was back in the safe zone. I have no complaints. They are affordable, small, easy to take, and have no noticeable smell or taste. The capsules are fairly sturdy and firm, not sticky.
