But this oatmeal has the ingredients to make it perfect for a stand alone meal or snack. This oatmeal has god protein. I have to watch that because I don’t eat a lot, so usually half of my oatmeal gets put in the refrigerator. I’m also eating this for the protein content. I need to get more of that. I buy this in bulk from desertcart and get a really good price. I am so amazed because the bulk oatmeal comes 6 in a box. The last box is as fresh as the first! You won’t go wrong with this one! This has become my favorite Oatmeal. If you want a more banana flavor, you could add your own as well. There are nuts in this but they are small and not overwhelming amount. The texture is consistent and exactly as other instant style oats. Its instant so preparation is quick and easy to prepare. I highly recommend this oatmeal.

This One Hit The Spot!

Very good oatmeal!
I went thru this box faster than I expected I would! It tastes very good and was filling. Being an instant oatmeal product, it was easy to make, as well. It transporta easily for camping or other outings similar, was fresh, and made me feel good about eating it with the added protein in it.

Has sugar but good breakfast option
They taste great, easy to make and has good protein and fiber. Only negative is the added sugar. If they can find a way to make it with monk fruit or stevia this would be a great breakfast!
