Charge pretty quick. Used in an automatic timed flameless candle and lasted 2 days. Maybe they'd work for a remote? Definitely wouldn't recommend

I very much like the constant 1.5 volts.Unfortunately, like some others here, I had two batteries fail after just a couple weeks. The charger lights turned red and the positive ends of the batteries became scary hot and continued to generate heat for quite a while.Their customer service was great. They responded quickly and sent replacements.I wish I could give these more stars but the failure mode seems potentially dangerous.
