Transformers Age of the Primes Leader Class The Thirteen Megatronus the Fallen, 7.5-inch Converting Action Figure, Boys and Girls Ages 8+

To start, this guy is big! It’s almost impossible to fully convey just how big he is. He’s a beastly 8 inches tall and weighs every bit of it. It really feels like he’s a juggernaut of steel who could bring any opponent to their knees. And speaking of that, he is an amalgamation of the best gimmicks and features transformers has ever done. He has a transforming blaster that can be changed between three different shapes, the regular one, a longer blaster, and a tank blaster. (This was not intended, nor is it shown in the instructions) He also transforms into the tank mode of the War for Cybertron: Siege Megatron. I wish that he came with that figure’s sword, as his little melee weapon is somewhat underwhelming, and feels too small for him. His fire effects do not look as impressive or seamless as the pictures imply, and the ones designed to fit on his shoulders are very aggravating to put in place, and will pop off easily. His shoulder joints are a little loose due to a mechanism in his transformation, but they are very flexible. His opening fingers are looser than those of other figures with the same feature, and will open way further than is realistic. His transformation is not super complex, but it can be frustrating, and his tank’s turret isn’t very well designed, making the cannon pop out of place easily, and it doesn’t have a good spot to set the gun either. The tank looks a little too long, but its shape is pretty solid. I would less recommend him as a toy, especially to a younger child because of how complicated he is, but as a collector’s item, he is perfect. Also, PLEASE MAKE A TRANSFORMERS ONE MEGATRONUS PRIME, HASBRO!

Worth retail price. Very poseable and photogenic

Man this is such an amazing Transformer. They nailed the look from the old Dreamwave comics - he looks like he jumped off the page. This is the first leader-class Transformer I’ve bought since SS86 Grimlock where I feel like I got my money’s worth. He has size and heft, has several accessories, and clever engineering for the transformation. This is a must-have for any TF collector in my opinion. Mine’s outfitted with some additional accessories I had around.

An exceptional action figure of Megatronus Prime from his appearing during the War Within: The dark ages comics! A must for any fan of this fantastic Prime character! I love it so much I got both the Takara Tomy & the Hasbro version! Please do not hesitate to pull on this one! High recommended!

Great Transformers figure. Lots of detail and great design. Lots of range in articulation so definitely alot of play. Lacks and ab crunch, wish they could've figured a way to give it one. Size is great. Stands about 7 3/4" tall. Definitely leader size up to today's standards. Figure is chunky so you get alot of plastic, but I do wish the figure came with more flame effects. Easy to transform without the need of a manual. All in all, you kind of get your money's worth. Having this figure in hand now, I feel like I could've held off for a possible discount.

My 8 year old loves this transformer. It is well made.

The alt mode feels unfinished due to the forearms not tabing into the cannon making it loose. I also struggle with extending the cannon every time but besides that the figure is great. It is a good size and has great articulation.

This thing's fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Custom blast effects, an extendable cannon, gladiatorial weapons, stupidly good poseability, a surprisingly involved and rewarding transformation and an incredible presence on the shelf. Only negative thing I have to say about it is that the shoulders are a tiny bit cumbersome to pose. That's it. This is that good. If you can only get one of the 13 Primes figures, this should be it. If you can get 2, then it should be this and Solus. I swear the rest of this collection is so mid but this guy's sheer awesomeness cannot be understated.

Buy it, he stares into my soul everynight i try to sleep.
