It's rare I use the term amazing about any product but I truly think the M7 deserves the title. Out of the box I was pleasantly suprised by the inclusion of a very nice carry case. Everything fits well and it keeps the M7 protected as you travel. I love when companies include a case that feels quality. The M7 itself feels premium and sturdy for daily use and I like that it extends out for wider shots without the need to add an additional accessory. You should download the Home Joy app, as it delivers extra functionality that using your standard camera app will not. After all you will want to get all the features of this wonder of technology. Set up was straight forward and was near plug and play after the app was installed. Simply place your camera in the M7 and balance your phone. I didn't need to balance my phone but you may need to. You'll be ready to go. The two things I find amazing are the AI tracker and the remote. The AI tracker can be used or removed. It can be used with simple hand gestures to frame and track a subject. Not just a person, but any moving subject. How awesome is that? It has worked flawlessly for me. The remote is where I really thought the M7 stood out. Being a solo creator it can be a real pain to have to run back and forth to your camera to adjust angles and framing let alone stop and start recording. Now you can do it all from the included remote. Even cooler is that the remote lives in the handle of the M7 so you're not searching in your pockets or bags for it. Simply detach when you're ready to use and mount back when done. It will charge and be ready for use when you need it again. The remote has a monitoring function as well. You can actually see what your phone sees as well as pick what subject you would like the AI tracker to follow. in conclusion the Hohem Steady M7 is a great gimbal that provides smooth video and all the functionality you would expect from a gimbal, but then goes above and beyond to provide solo creators a wonderfully useful tool to keep you creating and not distracted with adjusting your gear. The technology that's packed into the M7 is amazing. Who's it for: Everyone from the person making home video to the solo content creator...but especially for the solo content creator who will find tremendous value and quality in the M7. Should you buy: Most definitely! Amazing product. Great build quality. Does what it says it will. Lot's of possibilities for use. Most important of all I never thought " I wish it did..." while using it. Buy and enjoy.

To be clear, I am a tech junkie, in the best possible way. I read, and watch reviews of EBikes & Scooters, and own several. I am a semi-Pro photographer, Avid Drone Enthusiast, Tool-head from Welding to Micro-soldering. I have an oversized shed, 2 dedicated closets, backpacks and luggage designed for tool transport. I am "that guy" I had Hohem's M6 last :year, with the small remote available and was incredibly impressed with the extensive feature list. As a result, my expectations were high for M7, and it still exceeded those! The remote controls design and abilities impresses everyone that experiences it. I must have watched a dozen or more YouTube reviews, and not one was negative. Quite the opposite, in fact. Here are some stand-out features and abilities: Every function you can perform on the gimbal is available on the remote. Mainly because the gimbal controls ARE the remote. They attach magnetically to the gimbal, including the joystick for motion control, and a 1.4 inch Touchscreen Monitor! I even found how to align the AI modules image with the phone camera. This is a pro level function. Nothing about the hardware says "rushed" or cheap. Hohem took the people tracking of M6, and added object tracking, an outstanding upgrade! HOHEM also added separate locks on each motor, to stabilize it in you bag when not in use. You can unlock one at a time to make balancing a breeze. I will guarantee if you put the time to try things, the M7 will reward you with dependable, professional results, and will be every bit the solid tool for creative types. Yes it has a lot going on, but it's presented in a logical, intuitive way that makes using it a pleasure. I should know. I have had gimbals that made balancing your phone or camera an exercise in frustration. This is not even in the same class. You get 12 hours of runtime on battery, less if you're charging your phone from it or running the light on high. This has an extendable handle, RGB and FILL LIGHT. Check out YouTube content showing how to get the most from it. It's just a constant source of amazement. Of all the gear we had released this year, this is one of the best if not THE BEST - I would give it an award if I could. I don't write reviews often, and especially don't write glowing ones, but there is something so right with this product, I simply had to let others know! Der Gimbal ist super verarbeitet, liegt richtig gut in der Hand und wirkt nicht wie so ein billiges Plastikteil, das man nach zwei Wochen in die Ecke stellt. Die Stabilisierung ist 1A – selbst wenn ich laufe oder leichte Bewegungen mache, bleibt das Bild top. Besonders cool finde ich die automatische Gesichtserkennung und Tracking-Funktion, damit wirkt’s fast so, als hätte man eine zweite Person hinter der Kamera stehen. Auch die App ist überraschend übersichtlich. Pluspunkte: • Top Bauweise, fühlt sich hochwertig an • Akku hält locker auch längere Drehs durch • Viele kreative Aufnahmemodi • Funktioniert sowohl mit Smartphone als auch mit Kamera Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Beim ersten Einrichten muss man sich kurz reindenken – aber sobald’s läuft, läuft’s. 👉 Fazit: Für alle, die Bock auf smoothe Videos ohne Ruckeln haben, ist das Ding echt ein No-Brainer. Sono rimasto affascinato da questo nuovo stabilizzatore della hohem isteady M7, sia a livello costruttivo che per la precisione delle riprese! non mi aspettavo tutta questa tecnologia su un gimball per cellulari. Impugnatura molto comoda ed alcune parti di colore arancio lo rendono accattivante. Riprese orizzontali e verticali. Possiede una parte telescopica 193mm dove si possono realizzare selfie in movimento o per riprese con angoli ristretti, accessorio faretto con varie modalità RGB 360 colori oppure light con varie temperature del colore, in aggiunta una cam con intelligenza artificiale con rilevamento del tracking molto preciso e con la possibilità di attivare delle funzioni tramite gesture. Lo stabilizzatore possiede anche un telecomando bluetooth removibile dal gimball stesso, con controllo delle direzioni sia del Tilt, Pan, Rec, modalità sport, funzioni grilletto, leva zoom, tasti A e B per programmare i movimenti di panoramica, joystick molto preciso con le regolazioni della velocità, oltre quella dei motori dello stabilizzatore. Il gimball presenta anche la possibilità di bloccare tutti e tre gli assi, molto comodo per il bilanciamento orizzontale e verticale dello smartphone. Si possono anche visualizzare i livelli di batteria quando il controllo remote del gimball è rimosso, ed avere un anteprima della telecamera AI sul telecomando remoto, comodissimo per tenere sotto controllo quello che si sta riprendendo. Il gimball presenta anche una rotella dove è possibile abilitare diverse funzioni, anche la possibilità di fare la messa a fuoco, oppure abilitare la luce del faretto. È possibile avere la ricarica inversa che permette di ricaricare lo smartphone direttamente dal gimball. Autonomia 12ore e display a colori da 1.4 pollici. Borsa per il trasporto resistente agli urti, interno vellutato al tatto, treppiedi incluso e cavi per ricarica. E possibile portare un carico massimo di 500g, ed è presente sulla parte superiore un attacco per montare un piccolo microfono se si desidera. Mentre sulla parte destra del gimball si può montare una doppia impugnatura. Es un excelente estabilizador, me sorprendió el seguimiento con inteligencia artificial, pero mi caracteristica favorita es el control remoto, puedes controlar por completo el estbilizador de manera remota. Si buscas un estabilizador para celular ésta es la opción más profesional, puede con cualquier celular y se le pueden poner más accesorios como luces, micrófonos, etc. Además que el vendedor protege muy bien el paquete, llegó un día antes de lo esperado Sin duda volveria a comprarlo en caso de necesitarlo.

The iSteady M7 is the latest generation of Hohem’s popular Mobile Gimbals with advanced features like a detachable touchscreen remote, an AI tracking module with both a camera and RBG lighting, and even a built in 193mm selfie stick extension, perfect for use for vlogging or helping to get low angle shots without stooping way over. The AI tracker works without needing to use an additional app, which is important since your phone is the camera here! Just use the touchscreen to designate what you want to track. You can change the AI camera to align with either the front or rear cameras, depending on your need, and it will even provide fill light while doing vlogging. AI helps even during vlogging, allowing the camera to stay centered on the subject (you!) while you move around. The gimbal itself can support a payload of up to 500g (1.1lbs) and Hohem claims the iSteady M7 is compatible with 95% of smartphones, including some foldable models. I was able to get smooth footage while walking or panning around subjects. The AI camera is also useful for giving you a real time monitor for framing when your phone might be low or at a difficult angle to see. The removable remote makes it easy to do smooth pans or even to control the function of the phone’s camera when you’re on camera. I found calibration to be simple, footage to be stable even while on the move, and everything included fits nicely into a slim molded protective case. The iSteady M7 isn’t cheap at roughly $400, but it is also the most feature rich and well executed mobile gimbal package that I’ve seen. It is loaded with different control points, from the touchscreen to physical buttons, joysticks, a trigger, and even a rotary dial on the left side. And, with battery life up to 12 hours, you have a lot of creation time available, though if you use the AI tracking that will drop to 8 hours and using the fill light as well will drop it to 4. I mostly film on high end cameras, but I do like using my iPhone for B-roll and run and gun footage. And so far I’m finding that the Hohem iSteady M7 to be a reliable, feature rich option to expanding my creative options with my phone. If you can move past the price tag, the iSteady M7 is definitely worth it.
