Ich nutze die Kühlhaube für Migräneschmerzen wenn es sinnvoller ist eine Mütze zu haben also irgendwie den kühlakku zu halten und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Im Sommer hält die Mütze ca 10 bis 15 Minuten sonst maximal 20 Minuten. Ich empfinde dass sie etwas schwerer sich anfühlt wenn sie leicht warm wird und setze sie dann ab, aber es ist teils wirklich eine gute Hilfe.

It is loose and has a little wiggle room but that equals comfort. Best of all, a cut out for my ears that normally have to be covered with tissues to keep warm in other style wraps.My husband has a smaller head so its extra roomy on him. But, he has extra heat with his migraines and other caps would loose their chill quickly. With this larger size he can now slip a small ice pack topped with a cool washcloth under this cap! Everything is held in place and comfortable.The best product for both of us.We will be ordering another pair soon so we can chill and rotate. Better results chilled in fridge -- not frozen. We have found that most caps loose their helpful chill factor after 20 to 30 mins and another to rotate with is helpful.You wont regret this purchase purchase!
