can this be used with non fluke meter?

Yes, the 80PK-22 can be used with any thermometer that uses K type probes and accepts standard mini-male plugs.

The temperature range for the element and metal sheath is -40 to 1994 degrees F (-40 to 1090 C). The rubber grip and cable cannot be exposed to anywhere near that much (maybe 200F max). "F" or "C" is controlled by the reading instrument, not the thermocouple.

What is the diameter of the Stainless Steel probe itself.. I need to know if it will work for my application?

Hi Brandon, Using a digital caliper the diameter of the probe I have available is: 3.18mm to 3.21mm , In comparison it is about the size of the ink filler in an ink pen. I have posted additional pictures of the probe on the listing,
