Great for my diabtic diet

Not a fan of the texture. I felt like the rice came out "al dente". Not much spanish rice flavor. Very pricey for rice. Would like to find something similar but with NO Tapioca starch.

The texture is awful, the taste is chalky and the product is extremely sticky It leaves a white chalky powder on the product even after you rinse thoroughly

I’ve been doing keto for a while, and rice has always been the hardest thing to give up. I tried this keto rice for the first time with a one-pot meal (shrimp, broccoli, and butter sauce), and it actually felt like I was eating real rice again. The taste is neutral enough to soak up sauces, and the texture is consistent — not mushy or sticky like cauliflower rice can get. The smell is mild, which I appreciated since some low-carb rice alternatives have an odd aftertaste. It’s not cheap compared to regular rice, but for me it’s worth it because it keeps me on track without feeling like I’m missing out.

I am on strict diet for no rice, potatoes, or pasta, so I tried this for RICE. I found Kaizen Low Carb Spanish Rice delicious in stir fry, casseroles, and as a side dish. I will not work in a Rice Cooker, but it is easy to prepare. Very good substitute for rice.

Will order product again but may order from another company as its a bit cheaper else where.

I always enjoy this low carb rice, and the taste is enhanced in this version. It is costly (from a $CAD perspective) but since i want to eat low carb, this is one of the best alternatives I could find. I would suggest a good scale to measure the portions. It looks like small portions, but I realized I could not eat much more as it is pretty filling. Good product!
