This does not add extra power to the go pro battery if using while recording - it replaces the gopro battery and doesn't switch to the gopro battery when it runs out of juice.so if you go-pro battery runs out at 20 mins and this battery has 40 mins of power, then it doent mean you will get 60 mins of uninterrupted recording time - you only get 40 - as the go-pro turns off when this battery runs out, even if the go pro battery is 100%

Works very nice!; good quality product and extend the battery time a lot!.With high speed (more than 120 km/h) the wind is so strong and you feel it in your helmet. But if you have a a very good windshield on your motorcycle works nice.

After getting help from the company I was able to figure out how to use the battery correctly and I was doing it wrong before so I'm changing my review. Its a great battery, you don't need to press the button the back to start the power flow to the camera where I was getting mixed up. Just turn the camera on and plug the battery into the side. Its starts giving power right away. Very helpful!

I was very frustrated trying to figure out how to remove the door …. Then I found a great video on YouTube showing clearly how to safely remove the door (Amazon will not allow me to post the URL, so you will have to search yourself …..). I got the door removed, and extended battery installed. I think I will buy 2 or even three more of these extended batteries for my bicycle tours …..

Everything fits expertly. Battery functions good. I’m happy with the product.a must have for long videosnice support and the extra battery really helps
