โญ 1 Star โ Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Service
โญ 1 Star โ Extremely Disappointing After-Sales Service I purchased the KUHL Prima A1 1200mm 65% Power Saving BLDC Ceiling Fan with Remote, and the fan worked perfectly for almost 20 months. Unfortunately, it stopped working following a power fluctuation. I contacted KUHL Customer Care, where a bot registered my complaint. I immediately received a confirmation message stating that my request had been registered and that a technician would be assigned shortly. However, โshortlyโ turned into 6 days, after which I suddenly received a message saying that my ticket had been resolved and closed, even though no technician had contacted me and no service had been provided. When I tried contacting customer care to understand what had happened, I received no proper response. I eventually had to send an email to get some action. Only after that did I receive a call informing me that my ticket had been reopened and that a technician would be sent. It has now been more than 12 hours since the ticket was reopened, and I am still waiting for any update or technician visit. The fan itself was working well, but good after-sales service is just as important as the product, especially when a product stops working within two years. The 1-star rating is ONLY for the extremely disappointing after-sales service. I hope KUHL improves its customer support and service response considerably.
