Works well. Comfortable ride. Fast delivery. Lacking in clear Instructions and video to set up. But got there in the end. Very heavy. But overall good value for money and happy.

Brilliant e-bike. Delivery was very quick and was a lot quicker than expected. It came very well package and with great instructions on how to put it together. The bike itself is great to ride and the booster makes it very quick when a bit of help is needed. I was always a bit sceptical of electric bikes but I love this and as I’m getting a bit older now the extra help I get from this is worth its weight in hold. It is heavy though but you’d expect that from an e-bike. Definitely recommend

It is an excellent machine. Very powerful motor that makes light work of any hill. Though it says comes 85% assembled, I think it's more like 70%. Still easy enough though

Brilliant bike and very fast long lasting charge good distance

Had far too many issues with this bike: They delivered 2 large boxes, I asked at the time if it was just one bike and they said yes. As it was going to be for my son I didn't really think much else about it. My fault, but I'm old and haven't been on a bike for 40 years so I thought one was the frame, the other the tyres. When we did open one of the boxes it was to discover a full bike, surprise, they'd sent us two, which was a good job in the end. When assembling the bike the instruction were, quite frankly, useless. We managed to find a youtube video that helped. We then found that the charger didn't work, so we took the one out of the other bike (like I said it was lucky we had a spare!). Great we now had a bike my son could use for work! However, the handle bars won't stay straight and twist about, the seat doesn't stay in one place so he can only had it on the lowest position. There is now a fault on the back wheel and it needs a new inner tube... It's an ebike so trying to get the wheel off is a nightmare and no one, not Halfords or Evans Cycles can or will help (Halfords because we didn't buy it from there and Evans because they don't stock this make and never heard of it). Also the other bike went back but kinda think you need 2 just to fix the issues (we only changed the charger nothing else was touched but wondering now if the other bike would have less issues). Its cheap for an ebike so you get what you pay for I guess.

Overall, it’s a great bike with excellent climbing ability. However, the average performance is lower than advertised — it doesn’t deliver anywhere near the claimed 100 km on a single charge, usually giving only around 40–50 km.

It arrived today so only had a short ride. So far so good, looks great and rides smoothly. Very responsive and brakes are great too. The downside is that's heavy but I knew it would be so isn't a surprise.

Per il prezzo che ha,difficile trovare di meglio. Robusta,curata nei dettagli,esteticamente molto bella,non è assolutamente un prodotto dozzinale. Qualche compromesso c'è,ma di poco conto. Dopo pochi giorni si è rotta la serratura della bici,sono in attesa che il venditore risolva. Tre cose che non mi sono piaciute : I parafanghi,molto coprenti ed efficaci,sono in plastica e non in metallo come descritto,la sella è leggermente diversa,non ha il catarifrangente e la retona nella fessura,il motore sembra sia stato depotenziato rispetto a quanto visto nei vari video in rete. L'autonomia effettiva dichiarata,per raggiungerla,bisognerebbe usarla sempre in assistenza 1,in piano,con vento a favore. Realisticamente si attesta sui 50 km. Ma per il prezzo,le dimensioni della batteria ed il peso che ha direi che va piú che bene. Il problema alla serratura della batteria,che non funzionava piú,non scattava,è stato risolto con un video tutorial mandatomi dal venditore,serio e veloce nel rispondere. In pratica,descrivo se dovesse capitare a qualcuno,cosí si risparmia di contattare il venditore,tolta la batteria,il sistema di aggancio/sgancio è a vista con 4 viti. Mi è bastato svitarle e riavvitarle con minor serraggio ed il problema si è risolto. Dopo ulteriori giorni e km in sella,confermo le sue buone qualità : robustezza,solidità,scorrevolezza,agilità,comodità.

Artikel ist in sehr gutem Zustand und gut verpackt angekommen. Der Zusammenbau ging auch gem. Aufbauanleitung ( die man sich im Netz auf deutsch runterladen muss) relativ einfach. Fahrrad ist gut zu bedienen und fährt sich hervorragend. Für den Preis toll.

He utilizado la bici unas 3 semanas y por ahora todo va muy bien. Funciona bien, carga bien y es preciosa. Ha llegado super bien envalada. Eso si, las instrucciones de montaje no son muy claras, pero yo me ayudé de un tutorial que encotré en Youtube, y menos mal. Por ahora la recomiendo, calidad precio muy bien.

Mijn zoon heeft hem nu een tijd ingebruik als schoolfiets. Is een prima fiets met een goede batterij. Zit alleen een achterlicht op, verder helemaal compleet. Is een aanrader!

Genial, cómoda y ligera. No hace falta pedalear para salir en parado. Da la sensación de que llevas una moto en vez de una bici. Fántastica.
