Poor quality seat revolvers
They look the business, tough stainless ball bearing swivels but with a poor variable breaking mechanism. I tried them on two different seats without much luck, there was a lot of residual movement in the bearing even when the locking mechanism was engaged, and I felt that the ball bearing, if they existed, were not running properly. I felt they were poorly engineered for the money.
