15 Day Colon Cleanser Detox & Ginger

This product is wonderful and you don’t have to use it for the full 15 days you can get it and you can have one a night if you have trouble especially if you’re taking any kind of pain medicine I get this a five star

I started taking colon cleanser to help with occasional bloating and irregularity, and it has been surprisingly gentle. NO cramps, no diarrhea whatsoever. It works tremendous. I was feeling heavily backed up, and the results were incredible. Within just five days of using it, I lost 3 lbs. I honestly never realized just how full my gut actually was until I started this routine. It completely emptied my colon, and I feel so incredibly relieved and light now. It did exactly what I needed it to do. I will definitely keep this on hand for when I need a thorough reset! Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water when you use this product to replace the fluids lost during the cleanse. Hope this helps. Highly recommend it.

Works well take a capsule at night and by the next morning started getting mild cramps not too bad, but enough to let you know it's coming so be near a restroom. Went at least three times a day number two. Took a pill every night for five days and lost three pounds and feel like it cleared me out well. Will save the rest for another time.

This product definitely works, but I had to adjust how I take it. The recommended dose was a bit too strong for me and gave me some stomach discomfort, so I switched to taking just one pill instead. Even at that lower dose, I can tell it’s effective—it really does what it claims in terms of cleansing and keeping things moving. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, I would recommend starting with a lower dose and seeing how your body reacts. Overall, it’s a strong product that works, just be mindful of the dosage.

Just take one capsule with plenty of water before bedtime, and you will like the results in the morning. Unless you experience daily constipation, the 30 capsules bottle will last you far longer than a month, because you don't need to take one every night. I was concerned that taking it before bedtime might make me wake up, but it didn't. Highly recommended, but do begin at the very lowest dose, because it's a powerful supplement.

Ok so I took this same cleanse without ginger and it’s sooooo much easier. I take 1 pill before sleep bc I don’t have time for 2 pills
