Very happy purchase
I used the trays for Christmas to put macaroni cheese in them and also to cook a roast chicken and roast lamb they were very sturdy and durable they not split and they lasted the course of the dinner the amount that I bought what was more than enough 4 for the Christmas period and the amount of cooking I had to do it is something that I will definitely buy again

Fits a duck great
Roasted a 2.5kg duck in this perfectly. A little flexible so we used 2 trays - one inside the other. Still, at the price it was worth doing it that way. Don't expect this to replace a metal tray in terms of strength (you need to pick it up with care). But washing up all that grease is worth the money.

Saves the washing up
I love these because when the food is cooked I can throw it away afterwards, grease and all, and saves having to wash up the greasy mess. Good size for a chicken and quite strong.

Great for hotpots and big tray bakes
I used them to make two hotpots for a jacobs join, they were great but I did use two for each hotpot as I was transporting them in the car, at home on a baking tray you would be fine with one. One bonus was when they were slow to reheat in the oven at the club, because they are foil, I put them on a low electric hotplate and kept a close eye on it but it did the trick (probably not supposed to).
