This ice pack is a God send! I use it for inflammation in my neck and shoulders due to prior injuries and surgeries , but I believe it would also be good for sore throats, GERD or any other issue that causes swelling in the area. It conveniently fits around the neck and hangs over the shoulders. Quality is great and it stays cold about 15-30 minutes , and cool for longer. Can go in the freezer or fridge. Would recommend to anyone, and would definitely buy again!

Most comfortable to wear! I’ve bought about eight or nine different types of cool packs for my cervical disc pain due to bone spirit C6. This one by far is the best and most comfortable to wear. All the other ones I’ve tried are basic ones that put too more stress & pressure around my neck.

I am an average sized woman, and this barely wraps around my neck to Velcro in the front. And if I leave it in-velcroed it wants to slip off my neck unless I am very still. I do love that. It is the soft flexible gel material rather than a liquid filled plastic thing like so many are, so I find myself choosing to use this one over the others. Just wish it was bigger.

This is perfect either the way it is pictured or you can put the wider part over you shoulder which is what I have been doing due to my injury. It really helps relieve the discomfort.

Product is designed well. It appears like it will be comfortable and flexible around my neck. It appears to be well made and a good value. I hope it works well for my neck soreness and is durable.

While this fits my neck better than most, the sheet of gel warms quickly. Also, there is a three inch wide channel, or divot, through the middle so that section doesn’t stay cold or curve to your neck well at all. I really wanted this to be better designed and am disappointed with it.Design notes:I love the idea of the sheet of gel inside which doesn’t shift around, but the large channel of missing gel (where I really need it the most) down the middle is not practical and forces the wrap to gap out away from my neck.I love the idea of the Velcro, however, the stiff and scratchy hook side of the Velcro and the soft loop side should be swapped. As it is, the most comfortable way to wear the neck wrap (as in trying to get as much of the cold gel sections onto your spine and muscles along the spine) the rough hook side of the Velcro is facing down which is irritating and snags clothing.The wings could also be a little wider to accommodate longer, taller, necks.

My husband has horrible neck issues and will pull this out of the freezer just about daily. He swears by it! My SIL used it during a hot flash 🤣 said it works perfect for that too!Flexibility:Can maneuver it to fit your neck, shoulders and either up your neck or down your neck. Quality:We’ve had this for at least six months now and I don’t even see any wear on it.

Just perfect for conforming to you to distribute the cooling evenly. Great post surgery. Stays cold and comfortable.
