The variety is great, and does exactly what's needed. Both for myself and the missus. She has an unusually weak grip and this is great for starter exercises for her, and doubles for stronger grips due to the adjustments and variety.

Very happy with most items, good quality and does what they say. Only slight criticism is the misleading photo of the woman with the large stress ball in her hand. She must live in Lilliput or be five years old wearing mail varnish as the actual egg shaped ball is nowhere near the size it suggests. Even so, I would say it is all worth it overall.

So good for strengthening your grip you can adjust the strength so you can build your hand muscles up

My friend used this item to strengthen her elbow after her accident. She found it very helpful.

I’ve had this set for a few weeks and have been relatively pleased with the main hand strengthening device (with counter and tension dial), though less so with the other components. The individual finger strengthener seems like it will break easily and the other silicone pieces aren’t particularly useful. Not sure how this compares with other kits at this price point, maybe it’s just what you pay for.

This is doing exactly what I needed it to do. I had a stroke in December and these items are helping strengthen my hand and wrist. They appear well made and are easy to use with decent instructions. I’m not sure how long the finger stretching band is going to last as it feels a bit flimsy, but to be fair it’s still going strong at the moment
