Worth buying for recovery โ Made a noticeable difference in comfort.
These nasal bandages are honestly amazing. I wasnโt planning to write a review for them, but they made such a difference in my recovery that I feel like people need to know how simple yet effective they are. I ordered them two days after getting home from nasal surgery. At first, I didnโt think I needed anything beyond the 2x2 gauze and paper tape my doctor sent me home with. They also gave me a soft plastic nasal sling, but it was uncomfortable and hard to adjust. I assumed discomfort was just part of the recovery process, so I didnโt question it. But on my first day home, I was in so much pain and frustration that I started panicโbuying anything that looked like it might help. These elastic nasal bandages popped up while I was searching for recovery supplies, so I added them to my cart without expecting much. By the time they arrived, I figured theyโd be pointless since I wasnโt actively bleeding anymore. But because I canโt blow my nose for a week, I still have a lot of mucus drainage, and I hate the feeling of moisture dripping out of my nose. So I still needed something there, even if it wasnโt for blood. When I first opened the package, I almost regretted buying them. They looked like nothing more than four cotton balls inside an elastic sling. I even wondered if I should return them. But I decided to try one anyway. And wow. Compared to the tapeโandโgauze setup, it felt like someone pressed a soft cloud under my nose. I couldnโt believe how comfortable these were. The sling my doctor gave me was hard plastic and either pressed too tightly or didnโt hold the gauze at all. These elastic slings, on the other hand, fit perfectly on my face with zero adjustment. If you did need to tighten them, you could twist the ear loop to shorten it. Beyond comfort, they actually work. They absorb drainage well, and the mesh + cotton ball design allows for much better airflow than plain gauze. They stay in place, theyโre gentle on sensitive skin, and they make an already miserable recovery process noticeably easier. This isnโt the kind of product I normally bother reviewing, but it genuinely changed my experience during a difficult time. If youโre recovering from nasal surgery, do yourself the favor and get these; they are absolutely worth it. 11 out of 10 would recommend.

Surprisingly soft, very absorbent, and super comfortable
If you have surgery or are prone to nosebleeds as was the case here, these are really great. They are so soft and comfortable and the person using them is freed up from having to hold a tissue clamped to their nose if they are grappling with drainage. They re for once you have bleeding or drainage under control and need something to give you some extra protection. People who are dismissive of them don't understand their purpose. This is not in lieu of packing the nasal cavity to staunch bleeding or drainage, they are an assist for once the critical care is over. The patient has a large head/hat size too, and they stretched very comfortably to fit. Would work for small or large adult or teen.

Lifesaver! Get them!
These bandages were an absolute lifesaver for me. I am allergic to adhesive tape, so I needed a way to keep a nose bandage on after my septoplasty, and these were perfect. The 20-count is definitely what you need, since you will need to change them out frequently the first three days. I found that I wore them the whole first week because it was comforting to my nose, kept it moist inside, and kept me from scratching it in my sleep. They were stretchy on my ears, never uncomfortable or too tight. Just a perfect solution. I am so grateful I found these!

Works
It did a good job of keeping the gunk from going all over the place.

Perfect for runny nose!!
I recently had Rhinoplasty surgery and let me tell you these were a life saver, stopped the blood and then runny nose for weeks from dripping on my lips, and didnโt have to blow my nose every five minutes. I wore them in the house and out the house.

Post surgery savior!
I had a septoplasty and nasal turbinate reduction today and the bandage that they put on my face afterwards was extremely hard and difficult to breathe with and uncomfortable because of the tape adhering it to my face. When I came home I was able to switch to these bandages and they are extremely comfortable, stay on my face even during sleep, and sit just below the nose so I am still able to breathe but still have something there to catch the discharge. I bought 20 and that was probably too many but I figured it was better to have more than too few. If you are having the same surgery, I highly recommend getting these for a more comfortable recovery.

Used after septorhinoplasty
These worked well after my septorhinoplasty, I ended up not needing as many as I thought so if you get these you may at most need 10. The only thing I didn't like was that if any blood dried it would stick.

#1 game changer for nose surgery, a must buy!
Holy grail of post nose surgery! No nape, no adjusting and rolling qauze sheets. Those are sooo comfy, they give the right pressure, does not smell like chemicals, soft and absorbed alot. Order them before your nose surgery, don't wait. They also would be good for a normal nose bleed or runny nose. I highly recommend to have this in your medical bag at home.
